How Shipping Works

1. Once a buyer purchases your book, you’ll receive an order confirmation with the buyer’s shipping address.

2. Use appropriate packaging to ensure the book arrives in good condition. Consider using bubble wrap or a padded envelope for protection.

3. Visit your seller dashboard or email to download and print the shipping label. Attach the label securely to your package.

4. Once the shipping label is generated, simply wait for the courier to pick up your package. Make sure the book is securely packed and ready for pickup. The courier may contact you to confirm the details or arrange the timing.

5. Once the book is picked up, both you and the buyer will automatically receive tracking information to follow the shipment’s progress.

For Buyers: Receiving Your Books

1. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number is correct and complete to avoid delivery issues.

2. Once the book is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. You can track this either via your Nextbook account dashboard or via the tracking page on our website.

3. Shipping costs AED 15 (up to 5kg) for orders within the UAE.

4. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after the seller schedules the pickup. However, exact delivery times may vary.
